　 東京メトロ表参道駅B1出口はエスカレーターがご利用頂けます。ダイヤモンドホールを抜けて地上に出ていただき、左手に進んで頂くと、ハナヱ・モリビルにすぐ着きます。


2007年初夏
ハワイを出航した ポリネシア式航海カヌー ホクレア号が　ミクロネシア航海を経て
愛媛の宇和島に着いたそのとき、私は ハワイ島 ヒロに たどりついた

人の出会いがつなげてくれた青いあおい海、人人の心に触れるなかで
この短い命の中でこの日本で、父母のもとに生まれた自分に出来ることは何なのか　
守り伝えていけるものは何なのか、おもいをめぐらせた･･

ハワイ島 ヒロ・ホノカア　タヒチ島・モーレア島・ライアテア島 で 感じたこころを、
出会った布から生み出した日傘と 写真をとおして あらわします。

夏のかたむき始める表参道へ　海を、感じにいらしてくだされば幸いです。

Swimming in the ocean with my eyes open,
Stepping on a sea urchin at the rocky beach,
finally, those reminded me that...

we had lived in the ocean, from islands to islands.

acomi autumn exhibition 2007 Umi, the Ocean

2007,9,8 (Sat)～10,12 (Fri)　 to three o'clock on the final day

at Hanae Mori building, 'Open Gallery'
　..the Open Gallery is the exhibition space
　　on the façade of Hanae Mori building.


On the beginning of summer in 2007,
Hokule'a, the traditional Polynesian voyaging canoe,
was sailing from Hawaii through Micronesia
and arrived in Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture,
and at that time, acomi reached to Hilo, the Big Island...

At the Big Island; Hilo, Honoka'a and the island of Tahiti, Moorea, Raiatea...
Thanks for the encounters, she met so nice peoples and nature, the beautiful oceans.
Then now, she's going to to express her feelings and experience through the trip by pictures and parasols, she made of fabrics that she met there.

She makes hunting caps or parasols of used KIMONO or fabrics, she found at the flea market in Kyoto, Paris, etc.
